Strawberry Muffins

I am one of those Moms that gets up early in the morning to fix my kids a great breakfast. I also am a mom that likes to try new recipes. (Much to my kids chagrine. ) Today it was poor Chrissy. She liked the top of the strawberry muffins but I encouraged her to eat the rest of the muffin and it was a trial. I had to capture it. Most would be thrilled to have a homemade muffin before school - she was a trooper though and got most of it down! ( It didn't even take a gallon of milk!)
