Halloween Greetings!

Chrissy tried her very best to scare the unknowing visitors before they got a treat. Funny though - get in and out of the bench was more entertaining to watch than any "scared" guest. She was so determined - and got stuck twice.
Meet James, the vampire, Will the pirate ( I know, he wouldn't put the doll down!), and Erin, Ann of Green Gables. Chrissy and Justin kept the trick or treaters happy at our house. It was the most pleasant Halloween I ever remember! It was Friday, which always is nice, and the weather was PERFECT! No wind, no snow, 60 degrees or so, and we enjoyed wandering from house to house rather than driving and running to the car to get warm in between stops. What an absolute treat.

These are the pumpkins this year. We didn't get the jack-o-lanterns cut this year. Between the parties and football and schedules, it just didn't happen. We decorated our steps with these anyway and they were a hit! Thanks kids!

Your kids are so cute. I love the "Ann of Green Gables" costume. What a fun idea. Whan we lived in Texas, the kids had to dress up as a storybook character, and that would have been a good one. Looks like fun was had by all.

Love the pictures. The kids look super cute, even with a doll in hand!

Thanks for the Halloween pictures. I have such cute grandkids. You should have given Chrissy some extra treats for just trying to get in and out of that bench.
